Elian is the creative moniker for the music of Michael Duane Ferrell. Eschewing any attempt to define his music, he instead invites the listener to create their own interpretations and conclusions through exploring the suggestive, sensual world of sound.  He lives and works in Chesterfield, Virginia (USA).  He is also a music critic for The Silent Ballet.
